Het Lam Gods III (2009), for flute quartet and narrator, is the third work that the composer wrote about the famous triptych Het Lam Gods (The Mystical Lamb) by Flemish painters Hubert and Jan van Eyck, exhibited nowadays at Saint Bavon Cathedral in Ghent (Belgium). With texts written by Alain Carré, the work evokes the panels of the upper part of the triptych - Adam and Eve, Angels singers and musicians, John the Baptist and the Blessed Virgin, God, Son or Father; then those of the lower part: the pilgrims, hermits, knights of Christ and just judges, and finally the Mystical Lamb.

Het Lam Gods III is dedicated to Hinemoa ensemble.
